- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- This depends on the product ordered. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your property based on the product you purchased. Please see the table below as reference for Shipping Times. Please keep in mind, that processing can take 1-5 business days. In most instances we ship next business day.

- Can I have a tracking number?
- We provide a tracking number via email and our transport partner will keep you informed as to where your delivery is in their process

- What Payment Options do you offer?

- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners throughout the UK. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.
